Processing Your Order:
Every PRESS ME ON nail set is made-to-order, ensuring that each set is crafted just for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for us to create your custom nail set before shipping.
Customs and Duty Fees:
Since we cannot determine the exact amount of customs and duty fees for international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs or duty charges that may apply once the order reaches the destination.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
In the rare event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team. We will work closely with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and ensure your satisfaction.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Hygiene and Return Eligibility:
Due to hygiene concerns, we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for changes of mind or requests for different styles/sizes. We highly encourage you to carefully review your order, including using our size guide, before completing your purchase.
Damages and Issues:
If your item arrives damaged or if you've received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at hello@pressmeon.com. Though rare, should you receive a faulty item or if there's been an oversight on our part, we are dedicated to resolving the issue promptly and with care.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be unused and include all accompanying tool kit items.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition. Please note that we do not accept any items returned without prior approval. Kindly contact us before sending any returns.
